Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hrs prior to the next scheduled clean to avoid being charged a 50$ no show fee.
Phone communications are to stay between the owner and client only.
As a courtesy and to get the most out of your clean, we ask that you do your best to clear up any clutter that may interfere prior to your cleaner's arrival. Such as toiletry and kitchen supplies cluttering counters or clutter on floors.
Minimum spend is 2.5 hours with one cleaner and 3 hours with 2 cleaners per clean.
Call backs must be done within at least 3 days of your most recent clean. If your personal cleaner misses something or if something is not up to standard, let us know as soon as possible and we will come back to fix it.
Payment is due the same day your clean is completed unless otherwise agreed upon.
We do not do: dishes, laundry, exterior work or windows (with the exception of sliding glass doors).
